Red Carpet to Real Life: Get Emma Stone's Women in Hollywood Look

ELLE magazine recently hosted its Women in Hollywood celebration, bringing a ton of Hollywood’s hottest leading ladies to the carpet in some seriously knockout looks. One such celebrity was Emma Stone, who showed up in an adorable trendy pink chiffon Valentino dress featuring sheer sleeves and a collar that she accessorized with a pair of eye-catching houndstooth heels.

Emma looked age-appropriate and super stylish in her pink frock, which was just girly enough but edged out in all the right ways with her black clutch and patterned pumps. Her look combines three major fall trends: the sheer look, neon and the ever-popular collar trend. The sheer sleeves prevent the neon from being overwhelming, and the collar is simple enough to not take attention away from the dress, but still make a statement at the same time. Emma finished this look off with a studded black clutch, light pink stud earrings, a few gold rings and houndstooth heels to bring an extra something to the look, while still keeping it cohesive and clean.

1. Pink Sweater from J. Crew, $65.00
2. Stud Earrings from Juicy Couture, $48.00
3. Pink Blouse from NastyGal, $38.00
4. Skinny Jeans from Abercrombie & Fitch, $78.00
5. Gold Rings from Lulu’s, $17.00
6. Studded Crossbody from Forever 21, $24.80
7. Leopard Loafers from ALDO, $70

For an everyday version of this outfit, start with a neon pink sweater to mimic the hue of Emma’s dress. A sheer pink blouse underneath puts a twist on colorblocking, while adding the collar element to the look. Skinny jeans keep it casual, and leopard loafers substitute for Emma’s patterned heels. The leopard pattern is on trend for fall, as is the shape of the shoe itself. A pair of simple gold rings and rose gold stud earrings add a little sparkle, and Emma’s studded clutch can be translated to a gold studded crossbody for everyday ease.

Emma’s girly look is totally transferable to real life, and it easily transitions into a cute and wearable fall outfit. The trends she incorporates (neon, collars and sheer sleeves) still work with this look, and the accessories give it just the right finishing touch. Top off this outfit with a messy bun, like Emma did, or some carefree curls for extra bounce!
