Oftentimes, there’s a cider mill within walking distance of the pumpkin patch. Don’t miss out on the hauntingly delicious fresh cider and doughnut smell filling the air -- stop in for a treat!

5. The most traditional Halloween activity is pumpkin carving. Have each of your friends go out and purchase a small pumpkin and make a night of decorating them. You can buy a carving kit from your local drugstore.
