How Much is One Serving of Fruit or Vegetables?

We've all heard we should get at least five servings of fruit and vegetables a day. However, many people are vague on how much one serving actually contains.  We're here to help!

The American Cancer Society defines one fruit serving as: 1/2 cup of small or cut fruits, 1 medium fruit, 3/4 cup of 100% fruit juice, or 1/4 cup of dried fruits. One serving of vegetables is: 1 cup of leafy vegetables or 1/2 cup of cooked or raw vegetables.
