How You Can Donate to Japan's Relief Efforts

The devastating earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear leak are still very real to its victims. If you haven't donated your time or money yet, many relief organizations still need your support.  You might be a poor college student, but if you can spare $10, you can make a difference in the relief efforts.

Here's how students can help:

Red Cross - Text REDCROSS to 90999 to donate $10 from your phone or visit Redcross.org.

International Medical Support - Text MED to 80888 to give $10 to International Medical Support.

GlobalGiving.org - Donate to the cause through the Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Relief Fund; they're raising funds for a variety of relief organizations.

Doctors Without Borders - They're sending teams of doctors to the effected areas of Japan. Make a donation at their website.

Salvation Army - Text JAPAN or QUAKE to 80888 to make a $10 donation.

Kembrel - Kembrel is now selling a designer tee for $20 in support of Japan's relief efforts.  All proceeds will go to the Red Cross!
