I love the graphic tee trend, but sometimes feel like I look a little juvenile when I just wear them with jeans or leggings. But wearing graphic tees doesn't have to be sloppy! Here are a few ways to style them and still look chic and glam:

1. Put a blazer over it
Blazers are not just office wear anymore. Wearing a blazer over your favorite graphic tee gives it just a bit of an edge, and makes you look like you put some effort into your outfit (but in reality, it's so simple!)

2. Layer it under a fun skirt
I love a t-shirt and fun, flowy skirt combination! The skirt automatically makes you look just a little more dressed up, when in reality, you really just threw it over your favorite soft tee. Pair with ballet flats for a daytime look or with heels for a girls night out.

3. Add a statement necklace
Go for glam by rocking a casual graphic t-shirt and your favorite jeans... and a statement necklace! This is another favorite of mine because your outfit is comfy and casual, but still on point.

What's your favorite way to wear a graphic t-shirt?

Living in Washington, DC, I'm always on the go and trying to get from one place to another. Being able to grab a healthy juice to go is a huge bonus. Over the weekend, I was at Union Station to pick something up and went into the Jamba Juice there to grab a drink. The citrus kick immediately caught my eye: it's a blend of blend of oranges, apples, pineapples, and ginger. I actually haven't had anything from Jamba Juice besides their smoothies, but I'm always down for some on-the-go fresh juice.

It was really good. You could taste all the fruits, and it was quite the delicious combination. I also loved the small kick at the end that the ginger gave. And I'm not usually a huge health nut, but these juices definitely get a bonus point because they are not only delicious, but also healthy, paleo and fresh pressed. There are no preservatives and are 100% juice!

I have to admit, I haven't yet jumped on the cold pressed juice bandwagon, but this juice might be making me change my mind.
The Jamba Juice I went to just had the first four flavors listed below, but apparently there are more healthy and delicious juices coming our way.

Take some apples. Then take some carrots, and beets, and super greens and ginger. Then take a minute to drink it all down and wonder how you ever got through your day without it.

Orange Reviver:

When your day feels like 5 days, revive with an Orange Reviver. We’ve taken oranges, apples, bananas, beets and Chia seeds and turned them into a spirit-lifting, taste bud-hugging masterpiece of mixology.

Do bananas have juice? Yep. But don’t take our word for it, just ask the oranges and carrots in this awesome blend of potassium-loaded goodness.

Spending your Valentine's Day dinner at a fancy-schmancy restaurant might seem like a lot of fun, but in real life it sometimes also involves overpriced meals and a hard time getting reservations. V-Day, however, doesn't have to look like the cliche in movies. Here are a few last minute V-Day date ideas:

Cook dinner together
Come up with a menu for a Valentines day dinner! It can range from breakfast for dinner to a fancy steak and scallops dinner. Go grocery shopping in the afternoon together, and then enjoy each others company as you cook.

Go ice skating and then grab hot chocolate
Lots of ice rinks will rent our ice skates, so all you have to do is show up. Afterwards, go out for some hot chocolate or coffee to warm up.

Order takeout and watch a movie
If you're leaning towards a lazy valentines, pick your favorite Chinese restaurant or pizza place, order your food, and choose a romcom on Netflix or Redbox. Cuddle up with your SO for a cozy V-Day.

I'm so excited that the weather's getting colder because it means it's time to bring out those winter coats! With winter just being around the corner, it gives you an excuse to look for something new. And with the assortment of options this season, you'll definitely find what you're looking for. Some typical winter coats on college campuses include Northface parkas, the duffle coat, and lots of peacoats but why not be bold and try something new? It's time to switch out those old coats and try one of these. Here are a few coats that I'm dying to try!

The leopard print coat is a must-have this season! It's super bold and daring to wear. You can pair it a solid colored blouse and some black skinny jeans or spice up the look by wearing colored pants like these maroon leather pants and some booties. You can also layer under the coat with a leather jacket if the weather's really cold.

Long coats are super in this season, especially those in neutral colors like this grey long coat. For a neutral look, pair the coat with a pair of black skinny jeans, a black top, and black booties. A long coat screams sophistication and creates an effortlessly chic look.

Fur coats are huge this season. Not only are they super stylish but they're super warm, which is a definite plus when the weather is getting colder. Pair your fur coat with some skinny jeans, sweater, and loafers. A fur coat is definitely a statement piece so no need to wear anything else that may overwhelm the outfit. For those who aren't a fan of real fur, there's plenty of faux fur coats that are just as equally cute (and definitely cheaper options)!

I love the oversized coat. It's super chic and classic. Pair it with a sweater, some jeans, booties, and a clutch. It's perfect for those cold weather days because it's easy to layer under. You can also add a oversized scarf depending on how cold it is. To create a dressier look, trade in your booties for a pair of heels.

In my opinion, you should have at least one pattern coat in your closet. They definitely add that extra pop to your outfit! Pair your patterned coat with some flats, skinny jeans, a cute sweater, and a hat. This patterned coat adds color and a little bit of something to the outfit!

Switch out your sporty Northface parka for a more trendy parka like the one below. Pair it with a sweater, skinny leather pants, and some black boots. Add a beanie and some sunglasses for a more effortless look. These coats are super edgy but also very feminine at the same time! You're bound to turn heads with this coat!

During
those late nights of endless studying, sometimes all you need is some snacking
to keep you concentrated on finishing up your work. While the tempting choice
might be to snack on some chips or go on fast food run, there are simple options
to energize you that you quick and easy to make right from home and easily
packed to take with you to the library or wherever your studying takes you.

Gather
three cups of rice Chex, 1/2 cup of chocolate ships, 1/4 cup of peanut butter,
two tablespoons of chia seeds, one cup of nuts and a 1/3 of powdered sugar. After melting the chocolate
chips and peanut butter, pour it into a bowl with the Chex squares, seeds and
nuts. Stir and then let cool for 15 minutes. Put the mixture into a large
Ziploc bag and add the powdered sugar; then shake it. Keep the puppy chow in

Popcorn
For
a traditional snack without the unhealthy ingredients of packaged microwavable
popcorn, buy plain popcorn kernels to pop with an air popper or on the stove.
If popping using a stove, simply add a fourth cup of popcorn kernels and two
tablespoons of oil or butter to a pot. Cover with a lid and keep at a medium
heat until the kernels begin to pop. Once your popcorn is ready, add flavor
with your choice of seasoning or mix in chocolate, candy or any sweets.

Crunchy
Homemade Trail Mix
Go
back to the basics with a quick and easy trail mix fix-up snack by combining
your favorite ingredients. Things to include are nuts, seeds, dried fruit,
grains like cereal or pretzels, sweets like M&Ms and chocolate or yogurt
chips for a kick, and any spices like cinnamon for extra flavor.

Yogurt
Popsicles
Add
one cup of fruit and ¼ cup of sugar into a food processor. In a bowl, mix a cup
of yogurt, ¼ cup of milk and ¾ cups of granola. Then add the fruit blend. Once
mixed, pour into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and
place in freezer for about six hours. Once frozen, you have a refreshing and
delicious treat to help keep you energized and awake.

As a loyal fan of Gilmore Girls, I was overjoyed when I found out that the series would be streaming on Netflix - all seven seasons! Gilmore Girls follows the lives of witty and coffee obsessed Lorelai Gilmore raising her daughter Rory in the fictional town of Stars Hollow, Connecticut. With great story lines and constant banter, the show is a must watch! Since Netflix has added the series for streaming, I've chosen a few of my favorite must watch episodes! If you haven't watched the show, I definitely recommend grabbing a bag of popcorn and binge-watching the entire series!

Season 1, Episode 4 "The Deer Hunters"

Just starting out at Chilton, Rory gets a D on a major assignment leading her to cram for the upcoming test. Unfortunately she oversleeps, gets hit by a deer while on her way to school, and is unable to take her exam after being late. This is one of my favorite episodes because although Rory’s sweet, she’s just like her mother and isn’t afraid to be sassy. The most memorable line from that episode was “And for the last time, my name is RORY!”

Season 2, Episode 16 "There's the Rub"

Lorelai and Emily spend the weekend at the spa. Rory spends the evening alone until it's interrupted by Paris. In addition, Jess unexpectedly shows up with a bunch of food from Luke’s Diner and invites himself over for dinner. Dean surprises Rory with some ice cream at her house only to find Jess there. There’s no denying the chemistry that Rory and Jess have in this episode. As a Jess fan, this is definitely one of my favorite episodes.

Season 3, Episode 7 "They Shoot Gilmores, Don’t They?"

Stars Hollow holds its annual 24-hour dance marathon, which Lorelai is determined to win. The Rory/Jess/Dean love triangle comes to its end as Dean breaks up with Rory because she has feelings for Jess. It's definitely a must watch episode, especially since Adam Brody appears as the dorky, music obsessed, Lane crushing, Dave Rygalski.

Season 4, Episode 22 "Raincoats and Recipes"

The wait is over! After four seasons, Luke and Lorelai finally go on a date. However, things don’t go according to plan when Lorelai’s ex comes to the newly opened Dragonfly Inn leading Luke to be unsure of where he stands. Eventually things get sorted out, marking the beginning of Lorelai’s and Luke’s relationship. Rory rekindles her relationship with Dean (who recently got married) and loses her virginity to him.

Season 5, Episode 13 "Wedding Bell Blues"

In the 100th episode of the series Emily and Richard renew their wedding vows. After speaking to Emily, Christopher comes to the wedding hoping to win Lorelai back. Luke and Christopher end up getting into an argument about Lorelai leading Luke to leave the wedding early. Rory decides to have a casual relationship with Logan, even though she's used to having more serious relationships.

Season 7, Episode 22 "Bon Voyage"

Rory lands her dream job as a political reporter and finds out she has to leave Stars Hollow in three days. With help from the town, Luke throws a surprise goodbye party for Rory. This is one of my favorites because it shows just how much Luke cares for Rory and Lorelai. At the end, Lorelai and Luke get back together and rightfully so, the last scene displays Lorelai and Rory eating at Luke’s Diner before Rory heads off to start her job.

Lining your water line with white has become a trend after its recent appearances on the runway. While it may be trendy now, using white eye liner is a timeless trick for creating fresh-faced looks as it makes the eyes appear larger and more open.

The most problematic issue with lining the waterline is keeping the color from smudging or disappearing entirely. Below are a few tips to keep your makeup in place all day.

-Use a high quality cream-base liner. Liquid liners are not for your waterline! They will smudge quickly. A good option is something like the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in "Yeyo".

-Use a matching eye shadow or translucent setting powder to set your eyeliner. The powder will absorb moisture that would otherwise smudge or remove the liner making your look last longer. If using a translucent setting powder, be careful to find one that will not alter the color of the liner. Most “translucent” setting powders are actually white, so if you are trying to set brown or black eyeliner on the waterline the color will be changed with the addition of a bad setting powder to something more muted. For lining your waterline with colors other than white, a good translucent setting powder is the Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder in "Translucent".

-Use a small flat brush or a cotton swab to pat the eye shadow or powder on. Heads up; if your powder is pricey, use a flat brush! Cotton swabs waste powder because it collects in the twists of the fine fibers, so most of your expensive powder will end up in the trash––not on your eyes.

-This process can be uncomfortable so careful not to get powder in your eye! Pulling your lid gently away from your eye can help in the beginning. Don’t make pulling on your eyes a habit because it can encourage wrinkles. Moving your lid is just for practice until you get the hang of putting a powder on your waterline.

The effort is worth it! Fallout and smudging is minimal and the powder will absorb moisture from your waterline for a look that can last all day (or night).

Go forth and color those waterlines fearlessly because you know you won’t be looking like a raccoon reject five minutes after leaving the house.

I don't know about you but I'm tired of bringing out my combat boots and riding boots for fall. With the new season just arriving, it's time to try something new! There's so many styles and colors, you’re bound to find something new to love! From oxford shoes to slip-on sneakers, here are styles you need to try this fall!

Having seen them on various celebrities, chelsea boots are a MUST this season. You can pair them with a dress for a more formal look or dress them down with some skinny jeans and a sweater!

Oxford shoes are perfect if you’re trying to go for a preppy, classic look. Instead of going for the typical colors (black and brown), try ones with colored accents! They go perfectly with a button down shirt.

This season’s must-have item are knee-high boots. You can pair these boots with a skirt for that perfect feminine touch or a pair of dark skinny jeans and blouse!

I’m all about the slip-on sneakers this fall, especially patterned ones. Don't be afraid to mix patterns! Leopard patterned slip-ons can be paired with black skinny jeans and a striped shirt!

Wearing bright colored flats is a great way to make your outfit pop! Not only are they super cute with skinny jeans, but they're also really comfortable. Pair them with a t-shirt and blazer and your outfit is complete!

Which one of these shoe trends are you most excited to try?

College is full of busy days with a mix of deadlines, meetings and responsibilities. It's easy to let breakfast become something that you only make when you have time, which usually ends up being pushed off and never happens because you're too busy running out the door to make it to class on time.

Don't leave breakfast on the back-burner; it can be easier than you think with these quick and easy recipes that don't require a microwave or stove, so they can be made right in your dorm room with just a few ingredients.

1. Oatmeal
If you’re looking to step up traditional instant oatmeal, try overnight oats, which are even easier because they don’t require any microwaving. Just add water or milk to rolled oats and store it in a glass jar or container for a few hours or overnight. In the morning, all you have to do is add the toppings – anything from nuts to dried or fresh fruit, and your breakfast is ready.

2. Smoothie
Making a smoothie can be made easier than you think with a single-serve blender, which is portable for your convenience. Add frozen fruit, veggies and yogurt or protein powder to some water or milk for a quick and delicious drink to take with you as you head on your way.

3. Yogurt parfait
It may sound fancy, but making a yogurt parfait is a simple and tasty breakfast that won't make you feel guilty because of its healthy ingredients. Pair up your favorite plain or flavored yogurt with dried or fresh fruit, nuts and granola. For an extra sweet touch, drizzle a little honey over the top.

4. Toast with peanut butter and bananas
To fix up a breakfast that only requires a few basic ingredients, fix up some toast. To make a sophisticated version of the toast you ate as a child, cover a slice of your preferred bread with peanut butter and then add slices of banana to top it off. This sweet treat is the right way to kick off your busy day.

5. Avocado and egg toast
For a breakfast packed with nutrients, eating hard-boiled eggs and avocado as your first meal can help you start your day off right. Spice up a regular piece of toast with slices of hard-boiled eggs and avocado. For additional convenience, buy ready-to-eat hard-boiled eggs or have them peeled and ready to slice onto your toast. For extra taste, add a light drizzle of olive oil and some salt and pepper for a wholesome meal.

Sure, it’s okay to binge watch Netflix and bawl your eyes
out for the first week or so, but one bad break up doesn’t have to dictate
months to come. There comes a point where basking in self-misery, frustration, and
even confusion, can start to make you lose yourself— case and point: Carrie
Bradshaw. But even the girl who was left at the altar was back to her fabulous
self in a matter of weeks. Yes, getting back on your feet isn’t as easy as it
looks (and may seem physically impossible), but there’s a light at the end of
the heartache tunnel! It just takes a little guidance to get there. Here’s a
few tips to help the healing process and get that smile back on your face:

Start your day off early. Sleeping in till noon
will only make a day of lounging, crying, and French fries sound appealing. And
don’t even think about fueling the “I have nothing to look forward to anymore”
mentality because there is literally everything to look forward to. Acting like
your whole life is over just because of one person should never be your reality.

Get exercising. I’m not saying go into hyper fit
mode or start hardcore training for the next Cross fit games (unless you want
to), but going for a jog each day or a walk can help clear the mind. It’s more
therapeutic than you think and will give you more energy each time.

Please, for the love of God, don’t stalk his
social media. This is by far one of the most self-destructive things to do post
break up. Sure, he’s posting pictures of him at a party and maybe even with
other girls, but letting your imagination get the best of you is never a good
thing. Chances are he’s posting it because he knows you’ll see it, but guess
what? No one has time for games and you are MUCH better than that. Good
riddance.

Alcohol is not liquid happiness. If anything,
coffee is and I fully endorse that. Binge drinking will only lead to
regrettable things, especially if you’re in a vulnerable state. I’ll let you
think on all the possible scenarios, but just to name a few: Drunk texting,
drunk calling, drunk ubering to his house. Trust. It will only make you feel
worse.

Venting is healthy, however, a pity party is
not. There’s a fine line between venting to your friends about it and becoming
obsessed with the topic. You’re never going to move on if you keep dwelling on
what could have been.

Surround yourself with positive people and
uplifting music. You want to be surrounded by those who will help you move on,
not fuel your emotions —Same goes for your music choices. Listening to sad
songs can lead to more sobbing, chocolate eating, and emotional tweeting. Turn
up the Beyoncé. You are flawless and sometimes, you need to hear it.

Tindr is not your friend fresh out of a break
up. Yes, feeling pursued and wanted is an amazing feeling. But, you have to be
stable within yourself before seeking someone else. You are the source of your
own happiness. Only then should you step into the dating world.

“Do you.” Whether you think it’s true or not,
this is your moment. Embrace your newfound independence and do the things you
love. Go on adventures, make memories, and try something new. Sometimes break
ups can help you learn a lot about yourself. You just have to go for it.

Make sure you’ve found closure. If you have unanswered
questions, unsettled conversations, or anything left in the air that’s going to
eat you up inside, do yourself a favor and meet with him for coffee—but only
when you’re ready. You can’t go your whole life wondering why things didn’t
work out. Sometimes one conversation can put all those unresolved feelings and
questions to rest. You both owe it to each other to have one last talk.

You
can’t force someone to love you. This is by far the hardest thing to accept. A
relationship means two people putting in all their effort and all their love.
No one deserves half the love in return of what they’re giving. Just like Kate
Winslet says in the film “The Holiday,” you’re supposed to be the leading lady
of your own life. Find the power within you and you’ll bounce back from this
bad break up stronger than you ever were.

You may have seen various celebrities including Harry Styles, Sophia Bush, Joseph Gordon-Levitt tweeting and posting photos with signs reading “#HeForShe” over the past few weeks. A few weeks ago, Watson gave an inspiring speech at the United Nations Conference on the importance of gender equality and advocating for the HeForShe campaign. Here are four reasons why you need to watch (or read) this speech, if you haven’t already:

1. Men, gender equality is your issue too
Yes, that’s right - gender equality is a men’s issue too. As mentioned in her speech, feminism isn’t just a “women’s issue,” it’s everyone’s issue. Lots of men struggle with gender stereotypes whether it’s pressure to be more masculine or being unable to express their feelings because it will make them look weak.

2. Feminism isn’t about man-hating
When people hear the term “feminism,” they often associate it with man-hating. This can’t be further from the truth. Feminism is about believing that people should have equal rights regardless of their gender.

3. Emma Watson faces the same gender challenges
It’s refreshing to hear that Watson has experienced gender inequality as so many other women have dealt with. She talks about being called “bossy” because she wanted to direct plays when she was younger and being sexualized by the press at the age of 14.

4. It’s thought-provoking
The discussion offers insightful questions including, “How can we effect change in the world when only half of it is invited or feel welcome to participate in the conversation?” and “If not me, who? If not now, when?” The speech makes you stop what you’re doing and personally reflect on your own experiences with gender inequality. After watching Watson’s speech, I thought of all the challenges I’ve encountered relating to gender inequality.

Gender inequality is an issue that applies to everyone and Watson’s speech has laid the foundation for conversation.

As the school year is beginning, you're probably thinking about classes or activities, not your future career. It's easy to get caught up in everyday college life, but job hunting might come up sooner than you think! Before you get too far into midterms or finals, here are four things you should do this year for your future career.

Update and proofread your resume
Your resume is sometimes all an employer has to go off of when they are deciding whether to interview you. You never know when an opportunity to apply for a job will come up, so keep your resume updated and polished. Make sure to update your resume to reflect your internships over college. You should also make sure to proofread your resume, or better yet, have someone else proofread your resume for any spelling or grammatical errors.

Clean up your social media accounts
Employers often will check your social media accounts these days. While your Facebook profile pic does not need to be professionally done, you probably should delete photos of you drinking excessively, doing drugs, or in the middle of anything illegal. With other social media, make sure you haven't posted anything that will excessively count against you.

Talk to your career center
Most schools have a career center, and their job is to help you find a job! Even if you are not sure what you want to do after you graduate, it's a great idea to talk to them. They can help point you in the right direction when it comes to your future goals.

Look and apply for jobs
Finally, you can prepare all you want, but you won't get anywhere unless you look for and apply to jobs. Job boards like JobTonic are a great resource to find all kinds of positions. Get into the habit of checking these boards from time to time to see what kind of opportunities are out there.

With busy schedules balancing a heavy course load of classes, extracurriculars and relationships, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and feel like you’re forgetting something. That’s where organization becomes key.

In addition to important deadlines and test dates, it’s also critical to remember friends’ birthdays and that date you planned with you best friend months ago. As a college woman, you want to keep it together and make it look easy. Planners, lists, and sticky notes can help with that.

1. Keep an agenda

Have your planner with you at all times; anywhere and everywhere. It might seem unnecessary to carry it at all events, but it’s surprising how new plans can be made unexpectedly. Once you have your agenda, then follow through with it. Update it constantly as new plans are made and due dates are assigned, and check it regularly to make sure you don’t miss any important dates.

2. Make lists

Keep to-do lists everywhere if you have to. Just make sure to check each of them. Using sticky notes is also helpful in serving as a constant reminder of things to do. Written lists on paper, in your phone and on your laptop can keep you up-to-date with what is coming up and when you need to have a paper or project completed by.

3. Use smartphone apps

Whether you have an iPhone or not, there are apps out there to help you simplify your days. The iPhone has a reminders app to alert you of important meetings and dates, but for the non-iPhone users, there are similar apps. There are also apps to take study notes in, make flashcards and slides, or track various lists, from homework assignments to grocery shopping necessities.

4. Use labels

Keeping notes, binders and your laptop clearly labeled will simplify things for you when you’re looking for something. Use specific folders on you computer for better organization. Having a separate folder for each of your classes to save assignments in will make it easier for you to find those notes from the beginning of the year when studying for the final, and it’ll save you some stress. Labeling each class’s folder or using tabs in a binder to separate classwork by sections (notes, assignments, study guides, etc.) can help you keep things in an appropriate place so you can refer back to it when necessary.

5. Prepare ahead of time

Sometime it’s necessary to relax and take a deep breath. At the beginning of each week, take a moment to think about what needs to be done and how you can get that accomplished. Start your week off with the right attitude by knowing what your priorities are, and when work needs to be completed.

Fall means it’s time to switch out your shorts for some jeans and leggings. I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of wearing either options this fall. Instead substitute these for harem pants, bell-bottoms, or joggers! Take a look at the options below:

1. Jogger Pants

Who said sweatpants are just for lounging around? Jogger pants are must-haves this fall! These updated jogging pants are super comfortable and are a great alternative to leggings. Whether you’re relaxing at home or going out, you can dress them up or down. Just pair them with a graphic t-shirt or cropped top.

2. Bell Bottoms

I’m happy to say that the 1970s trend is back - bell bottoms! Get away from those skinny jeans with this hippie chic and sophisticated style! Dress it up with a white button down or make it more casual with a cropped sweater or peasant blouse. You have to try this boho chic trend!

3. Harem Pants

Harem pants became very popular this summer but why not carry the trend into fall? They are super versatile - patterned ones are perfect to wear to class while solid black ones could be worn on a night on the town. Pair them with sneakers to get a sporty look or with booties to get a classic look.

Last week’s season finale of Made In Chelsea NYC was intense to say the least. With relationships ending and new ones forming, and just lots and lots of drama, the show is definitely a great source for entertainment. Although the spin-off series of Made In Chelsea has just ended, no need to be sad. By the looks of it, season 8 is approaching and is expected to return fairly soon.

For those who are unfamiliar with the show, the reality television series, Made In Chelsea follows the lives of a group of 20-somethings throwing lavish parties in some of the London’s most exclusive hotspots and traveling on holiday around the world. The show is a MUST to watch so if you haven’t seen it yet, you can catch up on all seven seasons, including the spin-off season in NYC online before it comes back in October!

Read on for the five reasons why you should watch Made In Chelsea.

Amazing Soundtrack
From the series’ theme song “Midnight City” by M83 to songs by artists such as Lorde, The 1975, HAIM, as well as newcomer, Banks - the show has the best soundtrack on TV. The series features a mix of well-known and up-and-coming artists. In addition, the music is perfectly placed to convey the appropriate emotions.

Impeccable Style
It’s no surprise that the cast members have impeccable style wearing the most expensive designers such as Prada, Valentino, Saint Laurent, and more. They shop at the best luxury stores including Harrods, London’s most famous department store. It’s even more refreshing that the male cast members are just as trendy and daring with fashion as the ladies. A few members even have their own fashion blogs.

Comparable to The Hills
If you’re a fan of The Hills – this is the show for you! It has just as much if not more drama. Not to mention, Stephanie Pratt has made several appearances in season 6 as well as the spin-off in New York City. It also looks like she will be appearing in the latest season since she has something brewing with Stevie, one of the main cast members.

The Friendships
Although there has been suspicion that the show is fake, there’s no doubt that the friendships are real - from the bromance between Stevie and Andy to the sisterly and brotherly relationship Lucy and Stevie have. Fans know that Lucy will always have Stevie’s back. Although the cast may get into rifts with one another, there’s no denying that they will make up in the end - just like longtime friends Cheska and Binky did.

The Cast
You have Lucy Watson who is blunt, opinionated, and let’s not forget her one liners, especially her most famous from season 4, “Why is everybody getting up in my grill?” Then there’s ladies man Spencer Matthews (who repeatedly cheated on his former girlfriend Louise); and the life of the party, Jamie Laing who just likes to have a good time; Proudlock who is really edgy but wise - all of them are really different but complement each other well. Whenever they’re all together, it makes for great entertainment!

Drawing in more viewers each season, the buzz surrounding Made In Chelsea is evident. If you want a show with lots of drama, romance, and more drama MIC is the show for you! Catch up on the last seven seasons including the spin-off series before the new season premieres in October! I promise you, you will be addicted!

By Crissy Tang | Image Source
Unknownnoreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3863016916333258425.post-58365639218759965922014-09-22T12:21:00.000-04:002014-09-22T12:29:57.788-04:00DIY Decor for Your Dorm Room

Game day can be a gaudy affair. Luckily, it doesn’t have to be that way. This game day eyeliner tutorial is designed so that you can show off your school spirit without the tacky temporary tattoos.

For this look, you will need:

white eyeliner that has a cream base

eye shadow in your team’s colors

black liquid liner

a small angled eyeliner brush

mascara.

I have used both gold and bright yellow in this look to replace the “Maize” part of “Maize and Blue.” For a more wearable feel, swap out white for silver, or gold for yellow.

Step 1: Thoroughly clean your lids and lashes. It’s always a good, hygienic idea to start with a blank slate.

Step 2: Draw a thick band on your upper lid along the lash line with the white eyeliner.

Step 3: Take a damp angled eyeliner brush and dip it into the darker of the two colors. Start at your outer corner and pat the color onto the white liner, stopping just past your pupil.

Step 4: Clean off your brush by rubbing it on a dry paper towel, dampen it again. Place the lighter second color on the inner half of the band of white eyeliner. Careful not over blend the line between the two eye shadow colors.

Step 5: Line your upper lid just above the lash line with a thin layer of black liquid eyeliner to add definition. If you choose to go past your lash line to make a cat eye, ensure that the tip of our line points up at the end of your brow line.

Step 6: Apply a thick coat of mascara, put on your game day outfit, and enjoy the game!

Let’s face it. When school kicks back into full gear, all that carefree summer lovin’ with your significant other no longer fits into your busy schedule. You go from spending every waking moment together to barely finding time to sleep. The start of a new semester means adjusting to new schedules, reuniting with old friends, and a little thing called homework. As much as you’d love to continue the summer love affair, sometimes there just aren’t enough hours in the day. But just because you can’t be there in person, doesn’t mean there aren’t ways to show you’re still thinking of him. Maintaining a relationship doesn’t have to be stressful. With a little creativity and a touch of sappy romance, love can fit into any busy schedule.

Love Notes:

Humor me here. People tend to completely underestimate the impact of a simple note. All sappiness aside, with all the impersonal technology we use nowadays, sometimes a handwritten note can make all the difference. Whether your note is one sentence or one page, your significant other will appreciate the time you took to write a personal message. It could be as simple as leaving a post-it note on his door saying, “Good luck on your test today” or sending a letter to your long-distance love.

Sweet Treat:

Sometimes… you just need candy. No explanations or justifications needed. Maybe it’s the little kid inside of us that gets excited over a sugary surprise or maybe it’s the homework that makes candy taste so much better. Whichever the reason, candy has a special way to our hearts. There’s nothing better than appearing at your significant other’s door with his favorite candy. Not only will it show that you remember his favorite sugary delight, but it will also show how much you care—and there’s nothing sweeter than that.

Date Night:

If spontaneity can’t fit into both of your schedules, there’s nothing wrong with planning! Setting a date night in advance can give you both something to look forward to during a week of craziness. Grab a bite off campus to get that sense of isolation you both need and wind down together over delicious food. Catch up on each other’s weeks without any distractions—yes, that means putting your phones aside. Even reserving an hour or so of undivided attention can make a world’s of difference.
